Liam Humphrey joined the MLC Private Equity team as an Associate in 2024, with his role being to assess fund investments as well as co-investments in individual transactions. Before joining MLC, Liam was part of the Investment Banking division at UBS. Whilst at UBS, Liam worked on a range of transactions across the consumer, industrial, healthcare and energy transition sectors. Prior to UBS, he was part of the Private Equity team at Liverpool Partners and before this he worked in the Private Equity team at Sante Capital. Liam holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Economics) from the University of Sydney.
