Cassandra has 20 years' experience working within the financial services industry with specific focus on fund and deal structuring, legal negotiation, and commercial due diligence. Cassandra joined MLC Asset Management in 2005, where she has held several roles. Cassandra joined the MLC Alternative Strategies team in 2016 and drives the negotiation of fund agreements, underwriting legal and credit agreements in co-investment deals, operational due diligence, monitoring of regulatory obligations and fund structuring. Before that Cassandra worked as a practising solicitor in private practice and was a Consultant for Tribeca Compliance.
