Gareth has 26 years' experience across consulting, manager research and portfolio management. The last 15 years have been spent specialising in MLC Alternatives – including insurance related investments, private credit, legal finance, hedge funds. He is the Co-Portfolio Manager (PM) of MLC Opportunistic Capital Solutions (MOCS) and MLC Reinsurance Investment Fund (RIF).

The team currently (31 Dec 2024) invests ~A$6.5bn in strategies focused on delivering attractive, uncorrelated returns.
