Jeremy Davids joined the MLC Private Equity team as an Associate in July 2022, with his role being to assess fund investments as well as co-investments in individual transactions. Most recently, Jeremy worked at Help Capital, where he advised private equity funds, investee companies and ASX-listed corporates in commercial due diligence and corporate strategy. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Business with First Class Honours and a University Medal in Finance from the University of Technology, Sydney. He has also been awarded the CPA Australia Prize for Best Graduating Student (a gift made between CPA Australia and UTS) and is a CFA charterholder.
