Michael Toh brings over 10 years of experience in financial markets and investment analysis. Michael joined the MLC Alternatives team in 2025, where he is responsible for providing portfolio management support across investment research, due diligence and idea generation for the Alternative portfolios. Prior to joining MLC, Michael spent 5 years building quantitative models to analyse and trade Equity Index Futures. Before this, he was an Equity analyst at Regal Funds Management responsible for long and short investment ideas across TM&T, Chemicals, Building Materials and Waste Management. 

Michael has a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence and leveraging AI tools to enhance investment strategies.
