Thomas Pedersen is the General Manager, Direct Investments for MLC Asset Management.

Thomas is responsible for development and implementing the Asset Management strategy and managing a range of investment partnerships. Since re-joining MLC Asset Management in 2016, Thomas has led a broad range of strategic initiatives including facilitating the partial MBO of JANA, externalising the MLC Private Equity offering and separating the Asset Management business from NAB. Thomas’ prior roles include project consultant at Lend Lease Investment Management and various roles in NAB Wealth Finance.
