MLC Private Equity Co-investment Fund IV is available for investment by eligible Australian residents who qualify as ‘wholesale clients’ under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and New Zealand residents who qualify as ‘wholesale investors’ under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (New Zealand). The Fund is not available for investment by residents of any other jurisdiction or any other person.
